These are the best photographs from our 2.5 week long visit to South Korea. We spent the first 4 days on a subtropical volcanic island of Jeju enjoying its landscapes, food and attractions. Then we flew back to Seoul and drove to the South East to the old capital of Korea - Gyeongju with its temples and palaces. We spent 4 days there sleeping in a traditional Korean guesthouse. From Gyeongju we proceeded North to Sokcho and the beautiful Seoraksan National Park where we made a challenging 3 day trek sleeping in mountain shelters. We spent the rest of the journey in Seoul exploring this wonderful city. Enjoy!
